Hello SLP or aspiring SLP!
My name is Lindsey. I started this database because I saw a need in our community. I had big dreams of creating a resource that allows SLPs to know exactly what would be a fair wage based on their location, setting, and years of experience. These results are the first step toward that dream.

I collected this information in Spring 2019 through an online survey. Responses were gathered by posting the survey in various SLP facebook groups and on the Speechy Things Instagram page. Over 1500 responses were collected from around the world. I have included any location that provided more than a single response.

Over time I would like to grow this database into a truly powerful tool. I have plans to collect thousands of responses and organizing them in a way that is even more streamlined, informative, and user-friendly. In the meantime, I appreciate your patience! I recognize the limitations of this data as it currently exists so please check back for future updates! Knowledge is power and I hope this information helps you negotiate a fair wage for your hard work while providing such a valuable service!
